Saucony Ride 10 5

Shoe Review: Saucony Ride 10

To say Saucony is a mainstay in the market is an understatement. You will find loyalists who will literally never buy another shoe as long as they live which is why you find models who have hit their 10+ revision. In this case, we look at one of the most comfortable shoes in the lineup, the Saucony Ride 10. This neutral road runner represents a conversion of all Saucony’s technologies that’s been baked into a single package and then stacked with cushioning… all for under 10 ounces. It’s almost a little crazy, but we are loving it at first glance.

Saucony KOA TR ST 2

Something New in Trail Running: Saucony KOA TR vs ST

This is the tale of something totally new from Saucony, their KOA trail platform. In a lineup that has really been dominated by their Peregrine model, it is a real risk for them to introduce something new. We respect them for it and not only did we get one model, but two… introducing the KOA TR and ST. Both shoes are nearly identical, but are differentiated in their use and some of the materials. The TR is a mixed material shoe whereas the ST is ultra aggressive and is just at home in deep mud as it would be on a Tough Mudder.

Shoe Review: Saucony Kinvara 8

If you know any performance runners out there who are Saucony fans, then my guess is they have raved about the Kinvara. It has been the choice for elite runners for years now and the community has been waiting to see what this next version would look like. To me, this update with the Kinvara 8 is starting to make the shoe as welcoming to recreational runners looking for some speed as it is for elites.

Saucony Peregrine7 6

Shoe Review: Saucony Peregrine 7

The Peregrine is a flagship in Saucony’s lineup when it comes to trail shoes. They are aggressive visually and when you share out in the wild, you will probably notice more than you can count. This yea Saucony has introduced some competitors in the form of their KOA lineup, but I was still excited to see what this year’s Peregrine had in store for us.

Saucony Freedom ISO Featured

Shoe Review: Saucony Freedom ISO

Alright, we were really pumped about this next one because this shoe represents an almost fundamental shift for a company that has long produced shoes that follow a fairly specific model. That company being Saucony and the shoe in question is the Freedom ISO and it’s definitely a first of its kind. Now don’t be scared, this doesn’t mean Saucony won’t keep producing a very broad shoe lineup, but instead have accented their lineup with something entirely new for them. It uses many Saucony technologies that you’re familiar with, but it’s kind of a different beast from anything we’ve tried before. It’s like they took the shoes normally designed for racing like Kinvara and merged it with their recreational runners like the Triumph. We don’t want to spoil the rest, so off we go.
