It’s that time of year and we are only a few days away from the 2016 Boston Marathon. While that means incredible experiences for some lucky runners out there, it also means we get some killer limited edition redesigns of some flagship shoes from various manufacturers. Here is a quick wrap up of all the shoes for this year!
Adidas
Adidas is all blue and yellow for the Boston Athletic Association version of its Adios Boost 3. Looks like only at Marathon Sports only right now.

Brooks
Brooks has gone crazy for the Cape with the Adrenaline GTS 16 Nantucket edition ($129.99), separate colorways are available for men and women.

New Balance
The folks at New Balance have two shoes ready for you this year, the Fresh Foam 1080 ($164.99) and Fresh Foam Zante Boston ($114.99). Instead of the typical blue/yellow others have gone with, these are a little more patriotic/Red Sox themed.

Newton
Newton has a pretty nice Boston specific version of its Fate ($139.99, only available at Marathon sports locally until May. The elevation map and skyline views on the upper are sick, bonus points for the Newton city sign in there.

Nike
Nike has three shoes this year, all with blue as their primary, but two skewing to the more patriotic side. Its the LunarEpic Flyknit ($190), the Free RN Distance ($120), and the Zoom Streak LT 3 ($80). They have women’s models as well for two of them, but color palette is very light.

Saucony
Saucony has two shoes as well giving you versions of their Kinvara 7 ($120.00) and the Triumph ISO 2 ($160.00) which we just reviewed. The color palette here pays homage to the famous Green Line of the T.

Skechers
Skechers has Meb and he will be wearing the GOmeb Speed 3 Boston edition ($125.00) and they are also offering the GOrun Forza ($120.00) in a Boston edition as well. Colors definitely leaning patriotic here.

We will keep this updated if we find more, but until then, every have a wicked good run!!
