It was the @on_running Cloudswift for some late Monday miles and really pleasantly surprised. They are heavier than the Cloudflyer but definitely firmer and faster overall. Definitely designed for half marathon and below and for those who like a little less flex. Really solid look as well and they even have new colors for Spring so have a look. ⁣
A lot of amazing new cushioned distance trail shoes coming this spring and the @brooksrunning Caldera 5 is really shaping up to be a contender. You can definitely take these for some distance and while they aren’t super technical, they are really comfortable underfoot.
Really pumped to be able to finally show off the @asics Noosa Tri 13. Make no mistake about it, these are definitely not just for triathletes. It sits on the EvoRide 2 base making use of FlyteFoam and their GlideRide tech. Visually not for the faint of heart but we totally love it and make sure to plan on a lot of comments when you are out there. 🔥🔥
The @asics GlideRide 2 launches in just 3 short weeks and is a fantastic update from the original. If you like a nice rocker with a lot of stack height (35mm) and just want a nice easy long runner, this may be a solid candidate for you. We do have some concern with the weight (11.4oz) but due to the rocker definitely feels faster than it appears. ⁣
Had some fun getting the @hokaoneone Challenger ATR 6s a little dirty on the trail today. Not a super responsive shoe, but the cushioning and smaller lugs make it great for road/trail hybrid days.
The speedy and soon to be launched @topoathletic Cyclone. Weighing in at 7.4oz and featuring a 28mm stack height and a 5mm drop, they perform just as solidly as they look. Make sure that heel counter design works for you though as it doesn’t necessarily suit everyone.
